Commenting: How to implement DISQUS on Blogger Blogs with Custom Themes

Great tutorial on how to implement the DISQUS commenting system on Blogger blogs with Custom Themes. I have some problems on some of my blogs, so this tutorial will be very helpful. Update: Fixed the link. Sorry for that.
