Search: cuil - another search engine tries to be different

Another search engine launches. Though I can not use it yet. "No permission".
"cuil" tries to be different than Google and all the other search engines. But with the experience of my own "different" search engines, like Readle and Clipoid, It is going to be hard for "cuil" to convince the users that their search is better.
Just like Robert Scoble says below, we are used to use Google everywhere. Firefox and our mobile phones already has Google, so why switch?

Cuil Home Page
today's launch of Cuil
(pronounced "cool') may
provide the best test case since Google itself overtook more established
search engines.
Cuil provides what appears to be a comprehensive index of
the web, a unique display presentation
What Cuil Offers
Big web index
Unique relevance algorithm
Unique results display
Privacy
an index of 120 billion web pages
Much of the secret sauce of Cuil is in the way they index the web and handle actual queries by users.
Cuil also claims to have better search results than Google and others based on how they index websites.
This is a semantic approach to search
Let’s say it actually was a better search engine. I still doubt many people would switch. Why?

Is Cuil going to be able to get into this game?

On mobile phones it’s worse. My iPhone has Google built in
