The H.264 (a.k.a. MPEG-4 Part 10 and AVC) Bible
AVC is way better than the “old” MPEG-4 Part 2 or “ASP”. The latter is more commonly referred to as “DivX, Xvid”; in this article, I only refer to it as “ASP”, while I refer to the above-introduced H.264 format as “AVC”). While it gives you the same (or even better!) video quality, it is, in general, between 50 to 100% smaller and decidedly more flexible. The H.264 (a.k.a. MPEG-4 Part 10 and AVC) Bible - MoDaCo

Wikia Search Public Launch Approaches (So What?)
It’s been months since we’ve really heard much about Wikia Search which I lovingly dubbed NotWikiaSari, back in the days when they were vehemently denying that they’d be calling the search engine WikiaSari or Search Wikia. In a complete and total departure from that style of nomenclature, it looks like Jimmy Wales’s pet search project will be “Wikia Search” instead. Very original.Wikia Search Public Launch Approaches (So What?)

Mozilla's new project called Weave is an exciting new add-on to Mozilla's popular browser Firefox. While in its infancy, the service plans to be a way for users to save and access their personal browsing information across multiple machines.
