Retweet my clipotech blog posts, get listed on the blog & get more followers

DISQUS Reactions

Maybe not many knows that if you retweet my tweets with links to my clipotech blogs - clipotech (this one) or clipotech gadgets you and your tweet gets visible under the post (see screenshot).

This is possible thanks to the DISQUS commenting system.

If you write a comment on the blog post you can also tweet it to your Twitter Account automatically & that tweet gets listed on my blogs too.

It could make you more followers if you do this.

Cool eh?

Hootsuite updates with a link preview button

HootSuites new link preview button

Hootsuite - my favorite twitter client on computers, has updated with a new feature that they don't have blogged about yet. The new feature is a smart link preview button (see screenshot) that makes it possible to see where the short links goes. It even has a short summary text from the source. Very cool.

I know that clients like TweetDeck already has this, but Hootsuite is a web app, not an Air app.

Great work Hootsuite!

Update: I just saw another new feature, when you are at the bottom of your Twitter stream it auto loads more tweets! I've been waiting for that feature!

Update 2: As I posted here about the official Hootsuite announcement, you can now also integrate your Wordpress blog in Hootsuite!

See latest trends with clipotech's "mini blog" in the right column

microblog on clipotech showing latest trends

It's kinda cool that you can see what's hot and what's not by looking at my small microblog in the right column here at clipotech.

Higher to the top means that the topic is more talked about and more interesting at the moment.

At the bottom means that it's not so interesting at the moment.

You can also see what's fresh if you look at the time stamps. A post that is days old is not so cool anymore, but a post that is minutes old is hot.

I think it's a cool way to see what's interesting at the moment.

For example, right now you can see that Sony Ericsson is at the bottom of the list. That means that nothing has been posted about Sony Ericsson for a while (3 days). In other words: Not so interesting at the moment.

Another example is that Tablet, Apple, Google is at the top. That is what is hot at the moment.
